The day of arrival and moving-in is the starting date indicated above. The day of departure after school and moving-out is on the end date indicated above.
The school is closed on weekends and on some French legal holidays.
A 2- or 3- week enrollment is possible but only for non-absolute beginners and provided the session is not full and one starts at the beginning of the session.
After 4 weeks, a student may remain for another 2, 3 or 4 weeks, if there is space for that particular duration.

The 4-week course fee including 160 hours' tuition, breakfast, lunch and tea on class days, evening outings with teachers and an excursion is :

The 4-week accommodation fee in the Institut's apartments (if desired) including equipped kitchen, linen, weekly cleaning, gas and electricity (with no extra charges) is :

- Shared double room: (community apt.)	370 €	480 €
- Individual room: (community apt.)	580 €	700 €
- Private studio apt.: (for 1 or 2 persons) (100 € extra for 2nd person)	940 €	1 150 €
- Higher standard studio apt.: (for 1 or 2 persons)	1 350 €	1 650 €
- Higher standard 2-room apt.: (for 1 or 2 persons)	2 060 €	2 350 €

A refundable lodging deposit of 100 € is requested only on arrival. An advance payment of 1/3 the course fee (rounded off) is required with the application form. A refund is possible if cancellation is received 15 days before course starts. The balance of the course fee is payable on or before arrival.

The minimum age acceptable is 21. There is no maximum age.
